Fruit Pizza

3 tablespoons Fruit-Fresh®
2 quarts water
3 peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
2 bananas, cut into thick 1/2-inch slices
4 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 cups halved red grapes
1 (18-ounce) package refrigerator sugar cookie dough
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon milk
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine Fruit-Fresh and water in a large bowl. Add peaches, bananas and kiwi; drain. Set aside.

On an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan, spread cookie dough into a single layer approximately 1/4-inch thick. Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 15 minutes. Cool thoroughly. Blend cream cheese, milk, powdered sugar and vanilla until creamy. Spread mixture on cooled cookie crust. Top with prepared fruit, arranging as desired. Serve immediately. Makes 12 servings.
